The location of the exhibitor's stand follows the design of the exhibition space, the organizational and technical conditions of the exhibition area and any exhibitor's wishes, which the Warsaw Exhibition Board S.A. will try to fulfil.

The organizer reserves the right to change: the location of the stand, the area ordered by the exhibitor, if the design and technical conditions make it impossible to implement the wishes of the exhibitor.

Exhibitors will receive in due time detailed information, including on the distribution of exhibition space.
